- We head into town and meet Granny the town Gossip and Pie Lady
- Ismark the Burgomaster at the tavern and he has a job for us
- Ismark wants us to take his sister Ireena out of town since Strahd feeds on her
- Ireena won’t leave till we bury their dad Kolyan. So we laid him to rest at the church
Durst mansion turns to dust. Elizabeth’s amber necklace also turns to dust, but Elthra’s is fine

Went to town, went past giant walls with 70foot headless statues on either side

- Compass spins wildly at the fog wall.
Going through the fog wall exhausts Elthra, then our pyromantic magic man immediately lights a tree on fire. Terry and Rowan try to put it out, no luck. 😢

Continuing down the path we blink back to the trailhead. We head to town instead of fighting the trails magic.

We bury Kolyan after convincing Father Donovich that we’re not Strahd worshipers cuz Terry kept saying “he is the ancient, he is the land!” 🤦♂️
